About Our Firm

A Cincinnati Firm for the People Who Built Cincinnati.

As a native Cincinnatian who has lived, worked, and been educated here, Alex designed Misali Law for hardworking people, families, and businesses throughout the community.

The firm understands the everyday pressures clients face and the importance of practical, cost-conscious solutions. A client should find more than technical answers: they should find an advocate who takes the matter seriously, listens carefully, and helps organize a realistic path forward.

Misali Law values personal connection. As a small business, the firm works directly with each client and the circumstances that make the matter unique. The goal is open communication, compassionate service, and determined advocacy in and out of the courtroom.

About Our Founder

Alexander A. Misali

Alexander A. Misali was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he attended Indian Hill High School. He earned his degree in Political Science from the University of Cincinnati before receiving a scholarship to attend the University of Dayton School of Law.

While in law school, Alex clerked for United States District Judge Michael R. Barrett and Warren County Probate/Juvenile Judge Joseph W. Kirby. Those experiences gave him an early view of careful preparation, courtroom expectations, and the way judges evaluate the issues placed before them.

After law school, Alex entered private practice and developed hands-on experience managing personal injury, probate, estate planning, and general litigation matters. That work strengthened both his courtroom skills and his ability to guide clients through difficult situations with care and clarity.

Alex believes that effective representation is not only about knowing the law. It is also about earning trust, maintaining professional relationships, preparing the issues clearly, and advocating firmly for the client's position.

Today, Alex lives in Anderson Township with his wife and their three children. As a first-generation attorney and small business owner, he understands the concerns of hardworking families and brings that perspective to every matter he handles.
